These terms govern your use of Datrov. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Datrov.
1. What Datrov does
Datrov lets you upload or connect data, analyse it through an AI assistant, train machine learning models, and deploy those models as inference endpoints. The assistant writes and runs code on your behalf in a sandboxed environment.
2. Your account
You need an account to use Datrov. You must provide a valid email address, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activity that happens under your account. You must be at least 16 years old. One person or organisation per account — do not share credentials or resell access without our written agreement.
3. Your data stays yours
You retain all rights to the data you upload and the models you train. We claim no ownership over them. You grant us only the licence necessary to operate the service on your behalf — to store your data, process it, run analyses against it, train models from it, and serve predictions from those models.
You are responsible for having the right to use the data you upload. Do not upload data you are not permitted to process, and do not upload personal data about others without a lawful basis for doing so.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Datrov to:
- Break the law, or infringe anyone’s rights.
- Train or deploy models intended to harm people — including for unlawful surveillance, unlawful discrimination, or generating malicious content.
- Attack the service or its infrastructure: circumventing plan limits or billing, probing or breaking out of the code sandbox, mining cryptocurrency, running unrelated general purpose workloads, or overwhelming the platform.
- Reverse engineer the service, or scrape it in bulk.
- Upload malware, or anything designed to damage other users or third parties.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, and where the violation is serious or ongoing we may do so without prior notice.
5. AI output — important
The assistant generates code, analyses and models automatically, and it can be wrong. It may misinterpret your data, write code with subtle bugs, or produce a model whose metrics look better than its real-world performance. Output is provided for your review, not as professional advice. You are responsible for checking any analysis before relying on it, and for validating any model before putting it into production. Do not use Datrov as the sole basis for decisions with legal, financial, medical or safety consequences.
6. Plans, credits and limits
Datrov offers a free tier and paid plans. Compute-intensive work — particularly GPU training and live inference endpoints — consumes credits and is subject to per-plan limits on the number of models, jobs and endpoints. We may adjust limits on the free tier to keep the service available to everyone. Where a change materially reduces what a paid plan includes, we will give notice first.
7. Availability
We work to keep Datrov running, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability. The service depends on third-party infrastructure, and parts of it — training, endpoints, the assistant — can be degraded or unavailable for reasons outside our control. We may modify or discontinue features. If we discontinue the service entirely, we will give you reasonable notice and an opportunity to export your data.
8. Termination
You may stop using Datrov and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or if required by law. On termination, your right to use the service ends and we will delete your content as described in the Privacy Policy. Export anything you want to keep first.
9. Disclaimers and liability
Datrov is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, that results will be accurate, or that any model you train will be fit for your purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, nor for lost profits, lost revenue or lost or corrupted data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, in which case they apply to the fullest extent permitted.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will notify you by email or in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use Datrov after that constitutes acceptance.
